We’re thrilled to welcome Workday to DxD, a partner that leads with innovative approaches and focused action.

The Workday VIBE Index™ is an example as, Workday’s vision is to Value Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity (VIBE) for all by being a workplace where all Workmates are valued for their unique perspectives, respected as equal and integral, and are given fair access to opportunity. It’s a multi-dimensional approach that includes cultivating a culture where all employees can bring their best selves to work; deploying diversity initiatives that support all; developing innovative products free of bias; and investing in underrepresented communities around the world. It’s really one of a kind.

Workday’s UX organizations are working to create more equitable experiences for everyone they serve — as if each experience was uniquely designed for that individual. As Carin Taylor, chief diversity officer of Workday said: “At Workday, our people create our culture, and the more lived experiences and diverse perspectives that go into that, the better for everything we do. Design is at the heart of our innovation and developing products that are accessible and inclusive. With this partnership, we want to spread that to the next generation of designers.”

Our collaboration with Workday directly addresses the vast diversity gap that has afflicted the design industry for so long by creating more educational and career pathways for people of color.
