Design= heads to Detroit and Grand Rapids after reaching 250 youth in Cleveland

Design=, an initiative of Diversify by Design, is headed to Grand Rapids and Detroit after delivering design-focused experiential learning opportunities to over 250 students in the Cleveland area in just the past month.

The DxD coalition, which actively addresses racial inequities across the design ecosystem, is working with designExplorr and Amazon to spark an interest in design, as a pathway, to more Black and Brown youth at the beginning of the journey.

Design= will continue delivering workshops through 2023, as well as a train-the-trainer component to bring this critical work to scale.
